Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is the practice of kneading or manipulating muscles and other soft-tissue in order to improve their wellbeing or health. It includes holding, moving, and applying pressure to the muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia.

The term ‘massage therapy’ is used to describe a wide variety of techniques that vary in the manner in which touch, pressure and the intensity of the treatment is applied.

Meditation

A lot of people like the idea of mediation, but don’t know how to meditate or why it can benefit them. Or they feel meditation is not their thing, because they’ve tried and they can’t empty their minds. Welcome to being normal!

The aim of meditation is not to have an empty mind because that’s impossible; we have over 60.000 thoughts a day! By simply concentrating on something (breath/mantra/visualisation etc.) or becoming aware (mindfulness) what is happening in or outside the body, we can ‘move’ other thoughts aside for a little while, creating a space where you can think without distractions.

This will help you think clearer, feel less stressed and anxious and allows room to think and ‘hear’ yourself.

Yoga

Yoga for every body! All are welcome - Our yoga is supportive and inclusive for all levels, no matter your shape, size, age or ability.

Modifications are provided for each pose so you can take charge of your own practice and work with what feels good for your body. We don’t take ourselves too seriously so classes are relaxed and encouraging.

At this moment we only offer yoga at our retreats to get you on your way to an amazing home practice!
