Booking & Rescheduling
Securing your booking:
When you book for the first time, we require your card details to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged prior to your appointment however it will be charged in the event you fail to attend your booking.
Inspirit Massage is a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) and is fully qualified and insured. Health fund rebates are available and can be claimed with Hicaps.
Confirmation of Booking
After your booking is made, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the details. In this email you’ll find the link to your client form that we ask you fill out before attending your first appointment. 24hrs hours prior to your appointment you will be sent an email and an SMS to your mobile phone number.
"No-Show" Appointments:
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment, your card will be charged the full value of your treatment. If a gift voucher was used to secure your appointment, the voucher will be 100% void.
Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy:
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge equal to 50% of the total treatment cost. If your appointment is secured with a gift voucher you will forfeit 50% of the value of the voucher. If something unexpected happens, you can always send another person in for your appointment.
